Follow these simple steps on the Aquantuo website to ensure your package is processed for free.
Log in to our website at www.aquantuo.com
From your dashboard, tap Create Order and choose the service you’re using: Ship for Me, Buy for Me, or Door-to-Door.
Next, add your item details — item description, cost and quantity. Then select your shipping mode (Air or Sea).
Proceed to add quantity, and package category If you don’t know the exact dimensions yet, simply enter 1 × 1 × 1 for now. Next, add your package description which is the brand name and details of your package.
Proceed to enter your valid inbound tracking number. This is the set of numbers provided by your online shop or supplier for shipments sent to our warehouse. It is required to identify and process your order. It is the most important information we need to process your order correctly.
We advise that you choose insurance as it is highly recommended for extra protection of your item’s value.
Upload a screenshot or image from the store or supplier (Amazon, eBay, etc.), then upload your proof of purchase.
If you’re shipping multiple items, use Add Item to include all packages under one single order.
Enter the sender or pickup details, then add the delivery information — recipient name, phone number, and full address.
Review all details carefully, apply any promo code if available, and tap Submit.
Please remember to always create your order before your package arrives at our international warehouse.
